While it was a
little cooler, the morning started out just like the previous days. We went to
Keystone to ski today. The Mountain house and trails on that side of the resort
were completely empty. This was good because the conditions were lousy at best.
Some of the trails were groomed but this only caused ice balls to show up. You
have to ski under control and be aware of the changing conditions. We skied
about 2 hours and then returned home to get ready for my surprise party
beginning at 3:30pm at the Dam Brewery. I will post some of the birthday
pictures tomorrow. Also it started to snow around 4pm. Maybe it will continue
thru the night and we will have power to ski in the morning.
