The sun has come up and Denver is still standing. No injuries and only a handful of arrests in downtown Denver. There was big time partying in the city. Now they are gearing up for nearly 800,000 people attending the Super Bowl parade tomorrow. This morning was glorious. I when to the bakery and got a loaf of Orange Denver Bronco bread. Everything is Orange. When we arrived at Copper Mtn, the parking lots were empty. I think they are still in bed. We saw a couple of skiers on snow bikes on the slopes. The weather is getting warmer. The forecast for the next 6 days calls for sunny conditions and temps in the low 40s. With these conditions, the snow will melt FAST. Denver will have temps in the 50s while Breckenridge will have temps in the 40s for the Mardi Gras parade. We will need a lot of snow starting next weekend.
