Another beautiful
morning. Not a cloud in the sky. Temps started out in the mid teens and
finished in the mid 40s. We went to Beaver Creek to ski. The lift starts out
over several roadways and you get a great view of the ski area. At the top of
the lift you ski down to the Ritz Carlton which has a beautiful outdoor heated
pool. The runs had very few people on them and when we stopped for lunch, we
ate outside with everybody else. After Beaver Creek we went to Vail for
cocktails. Vail continues to change every year. More hotels and restaurants. I
was also able to get my Ash Wednesday ashes from Ashes to Go. I hope more of
the same for tomorrow.
