Yesterday I was
hoping for a "warmer day" today. What we got was the COLDEST morning
so far. It was minus 17 degrees with a wind chill of minus 32. The saving grace
was that it was a crystal blue sky and the sun should be warming things up by
9am. We were right, by 10am, it was 0 and it felt warm We went to Copper Mtn
and while the sun was out, we had an enjoyable ay of skiing. We even went to
the top of the Sierra lift to Union
Peak at 12,313 ft. From this point you have a
panorama view of the mountain ranges. After skiing, we went to JJ's Bar and
listened to the music of Moe Dixon. When we were leaving, it was starting to
snow. MAYBE another storm???
